Trách nhiệm công việc
- Archiving software and license documents to ensure having full information about license and Software
- Establish, implement and administer
- Process of software & license providing and using to make sure correctly, exactly and enough license provides
- Monitoring software and license using status to timely updating, checking, and exactly reporting
- Coordinating with all departments to clarify and collect software request information and budget planning to ensure budget is under control
- Coordinating with EmbedIT clarifying, auditing and planning software and license to ensure Software and License Compliance are legally compliant and within the planned budget
- Other related duties requested by Line Manager
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Strong understanding of Licensing scheme (e.g.: Microsoft)
- Requires a Bachelor's degree related: Licensing, IT Administrator
- At least 1 year of experience in management license and software
- English skill: Good reading, writing and speaking skills
- Have Accounting experience is an advantage
