Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

1. System Analysis, Installation & Operation

  • User support.
  • Configure CRM/ERP/Automation (AI) systems.
  • Set up sales workflows in CRM.
  • Build and customize data reports.
  • Train staff on system usage.
  • Authorization management (user roles & permissions).
  • Configure sales policies.
  • Troubleshoot and support users with software issues (Helpdesk/Support).
  • Analyze system data and generate requested reports.
  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of company IT systems (CRM, email, accounting software, sales software, NAS, driver management app, internal apps, etc.).
  • Evaluate current systems, analyze business requirements, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Manage, maintain, and monitor internal networks, software, and office equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data management, security, and regular backup.
  • Support website management, optimize performance and security.

2. System Development & Innovation

  • Research and apply new technologies to improve efficiency and support business growth.
  • Propose IT infrastructure upgrades when necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement and operate new systems aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Ensure proper integration of new systems with existing ones to maximize business value.

3. Security & Maintenance Management

  • Ensure maximum security across all IT systems by deploying data protection and cybersecurity measures.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans for hardware, software, and systems to ensure stability and efficiency.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting CRM/ERP systems
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or similar role.
  • College/University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Ability to use AI tools to support work tasks.
  • End-user support (Helpdesk), troubleshooting software & hardware.
  • Data management, user authorization, system policy configuration.
