• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the phone, or remote software)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

• Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in information technology or computer science
• Knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Mac OS, Linux
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Knowledge of Risk assessment
• Experience in network management and help desk support

• Knowledge of one or two of the following domains: Windows Server Operating System/ Virtualization, Networking, Azure Active Directory, Storage
• Familiarity with OS Internals concepts (Windows, Linux, etc.), Storage, Active Directory and Security
