Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Robust Back-End Systems
  • Focus on the architecture, making sure the application can scale as the user base grows.
  • Designing and implementing integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Designing and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient SQL queries, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
  • Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers. Fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Championing coding standards and best practices within the team.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer or Backend Developer.
  • Have excellent working-experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of the web processing, anything from the browser to the application, Rest API, PostgreSQL, Redis, Heroku and AWS.
  • Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code following good design principles, patterns, and best practices, with comprehensive testing.
  • Familiarity with development tools (e.g. Git, Docker).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Adaptability to new challenges and a quick learning aptitude.
  • Ability to implement and optimize best DevOps practices within software projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
