RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and monitor entire our customer technical environments within the service levels of IT Operations for development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor and support 24/7 our customer cloud deployments using monitoring tools, initiates and records alerts triggered.
- Diagnostic and remediate following the Operation Handbook and escalate to the appropriate team within the defined SLA’s.
- Monitor and report all Service Desk, Service Delivery, service requests, incidents, problems and change requests.
- Communicate for any incidents and review the Root Cause.
- Be contacted for all Service Requests and Incidents escalated by users and responsible as level 1 support on lower priority incidents and escalate incidents to higher level when the define thresholds are met.
- Daily / Weekly / On-demand report the progress and status of the assigned tasks
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
- Follow up the project and organization and regulations
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
REQUIREMENTS:<\\\/strong><\\\/div>\\n\\n

- BS or College degree of IT or relevant certification<\\\/li>\\n
- 1-2 years’ experience as IT Operations or IT Support<\\\/li>\\n
- Good knowledge or experience with AWS, Azure, MS Windows, Linux system<\\\/li>\\n
- Knowledge in system monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, Pingdom)<\\\/li>\\n
- Knowledge in support system (Jira, Confluence)<\\\/li>\\n
- Good English communication<\\\/li>\\n
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills<\\\/li>\\n
- Proactive, well self-organized and responsible in work<\\\/li>\\n
- Self-investigate new knowledge<\\\/li>\\n
- Co-operative, careful, meticulous, patient<\\\/li>\\n
- Able to work shifts when required<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n
