We are looking for a IT Business Analyst who will join to our IT Family, support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our mobile products.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Create Business Requirement Specification, Technical Requirement Specification, User story, Wire Frame for Mobile AND/OR Web Application, track follow-through using Jira and Confluence
- Work closely with Stakeholders, Designer AND/OR other Business Departments in their effort to clarify Business Requirement and transfer to development team
- Ensure that each item of the sprint backlog includes all the necessary information, so the development team can address all customer’s needs
- Assist the business request owner to ensure consistency between API returned data and business request value
- Create acceptance criteria for user stories to define features for product deliverables in consideration of various user flows, scenarios and edge cases
- Work with QA/QC ensure the quality of products
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
- Basic knowledge about some Programming languages and Database SQL
- Good logical and analytical thinking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Domain knowledge in Banking or Finance is a big advantage
- Familiar to Micro service
