We are a company based in Japan and Hanoi, with 10 years of experience in the IT start-up industry.

Currently, we manage two products.

Carfromjapan.com (headquarter in Tokyo, Japan) is an e-commerce platform for exporting Japanese used cars. It has been in operation for about 10 years and exported cars to over 80 countries around the world.
Oreka.vn is our latest venture. Oreka is a marketplace platform for buying & selling second-hand items in Vietnam. With Oreka, our mission is to build a green, clean and sustainable lifestyle.

We are currently looking for a new member to join our International Customer Support team, who is skillful & passionate about customer service.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Track & follow the delivery progress of already confirmed orders of cars.
Troubleshoot any delay, issue or claim. Co-ordinate with other teams in the process.
Stay in touch with customers & ensure a good relationship and customer satisfaction.
Collect customer reviews after delivery of cars.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Great interpersonal & communication skills.
University graduate (major in business, marketing, journalism, PR is preferred).
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Flexible in personal time management, to be able to call customers in different time zones.

Salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND
Working time: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm, with lunch break)
Yearly Tet bonus (standard is 1 month salary)
Salary review: once a year
