• Manage and support the intranet for SharePoint Online.
• Create and manage Power Apps and Power Automate apps.
• Recognize end users' needs, carry out in-depth investigation, and suggest the best technical solution or design given the IT environment of our company.
• Assist stakeholders in completing internal initiatives from start to finish.
• Planning and completing work projects using the Agile/Scrum approach.
• The process of creating, tracking, and managing reusable components.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in managing, modifying, and setting up SharePoint Online.
• Well-versed with SharePoint's sophisticated features, including search, knowledge management, and access permissions.
• Skillful with M365 applications, including power apps and power automate.
• Skilled in maximizing content distribution on SharePoint Online sites.
• Skilled at connecting different M365 products together.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Preference for someone with Copilot expertise.
• Benefit from Viva Engage Suite experience.
• Benefit from prior experience pitching concepts or fixes to stakeholders in order to get support.
• Experience managing expectations from stakeholders is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication. (Important!)
• Capable of establishing rapport and communication with the client and other project teams.
• Work autonomously and assume accountability for project completion.
• Teach the team best practices for design and code.
