Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Update and monitor employee data on HR systems (leave records, status changes, benefits, etc.).
Prepare and process HR documentation related to employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, termination).
Support employee relations by responding to HR-related queries and ensuring policy compliance.
Provide relevant employee data to support payroll processing (leave, attendance, allowances, etc.).
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
Good knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information..
