Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn
  • Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Update and monitor employee data on HR systems (leave records, status changes, benefits, etc.).
  • Prepare and process HR documentation related to employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, termination).
  • Support employee relations by responding to HR-related queries and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Provide relevant employee data to support payroll processing (leave, attendance, allowances, etc.).
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports as required.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information..
