- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, market competitiveness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support annual salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and employee communication on rewards programs.
- Liaise with external vendors (insurance, benefits providers) and address employee queries.
2. Payroll & HR System
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Reconcile payroll data, handle queries, and prepare payroll reports for finance and management.
- Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Identify system improvements and collaborate with IT/vendors for upgrades and troubleshooting.
3. HR Analysis & Reporting
- Generate dashboards and reports, highlighting trends and recommending solutions.
- Support workforce planning by providing insights on staffing, productivity, and budget alignment.
4. Workflow & Process Improvement
- Review existing HR workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined processes.
- Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across HR practices.
5. Policies & Procedures
- Draft, review, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
- Communicate policy updates and provide guidance to employees on standard HR practices.
6. HR Projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor progress against timelines and deliverables.
