Recruitment- 20%:
- Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media, expand recruitment sources.
- Manage and update candidate database, including potential candidates.
- Screen CVs, arrange interview and inform interview results for candidates.
Training- 40%:
- Orientation training for new staff.
- Participating in internal communications and fostering a learning culture within the company.
- Conducting surveys to identify training needs and developing monthly/quarterly/annual internal training plans (technical skills, soft skills, knowledge,…).
- Company regulation training and control how staff follow the rules.
- Develop, manage, and update the company's rule book (combine the regulations of all departments and labor regulation).
- Organizing internal workshops and short courses for staff development.
- Collaborating with leaders to create training plans for each department and level.
Other HR& Admin task - 40%:
- Manage and execute steps involved in offboarding departing employees.
- Prepare, monitor and store employment contracts.
- Manage employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Draft notices and internal announcements related to company policies and operations.
- Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, yep, events.
- Other tasks assigned by leader and manager.
