PRODUCT SPECIALIST: Great products don’t happen by chance - they’re built on real needs. As a Product Specialist, you’ll transform insights into solutions, working at the intersection of customer voice, business growth, and digital innovation.

- Translate customer needs into compelling product features to maximize profitability
- Establish new initiatives and enhancements by analyzing and monitoring key metrics and product performance.
- Formulate strong relationships and collaborate with key business stakeholders to foster smooth project delivery

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 and less than 2-year working experience.
Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Passion for financial products, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational performance through product and lifecycle enhancements.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
Good Customer Obsession, Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Operation Excellence & Digital Savviness mindset, as it’s our core Leadership Qualities
