About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, proactive Assistant Manager to support our Japanese General Director and play a key role in day-to-day operations. This is a high-responsibility position with a clear path to an executive role.

  • Support the Japanese General Director in administrative and operational duties
  • Interpret in meetings and act as liaison between Japanese and Vietnamese staff
  • Clearly convey instructions/tasks to local teams
  • Assist in sales activities: customer communication, proposal prep, etc.
  • Handle project coordination and general tasks assigned

  • Services: Attendance systems, payroll, workflow, live streaming
  • Industries: Manufacturing, IT, Hospitality, Retail, Construction
  • Clients: Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Western companies
  • Coverage: HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai & nearby areas

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Languages:

  • Japanese: N1 level only (must have been obtained within the past 7 years)
  • English: Conversational (basic internal/external communication)

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years supporting a Japanese manager or executive
  • Leadership experience managing a team of around 10 people

Others:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Age: 28–35
  • Female candidates are currently preferred (Note: gender preference should be handled carefully to ensure fairness)

  • Comfortable in a startup-style, multi-tasking environment
  • Eager to learn about the business and services after joining
  • Clear communicator, good team coordinator
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Not suitable for candidates with frequent short-term job changes (under 2 years per company)

Additional Information

  • Reporting to: Japanese General Director
  • Team Size: ~10 members (2 Japanese, 8 Vietnamese: Admin, Sales, CS, Engineering)
  • Interview Process: 2 rounds (Online or in-person)
  • Probation: 2 months
