- We start the day with a Scrum call and organize our work in 2-weekly Sprints.
- We have millions users with multimillion records database. All data is extremely important, so we need deep knowledge and experience about big data, cloud service, high performance system
- Gitlab, CircleCI, Jenkins, Chef, Heroku and Amazon AWS are just a couple of the many friends we rely on every single day.
- The back-end is made available to our web app, our native mobile apps and our partner's applications as a simple REST API.
- Security is extremely important to us and we regularly work with experts to review our security strategy.
- Beside above daily missions, this job is required to:
- Support team members in resolving or finding technical solutions
- Build and maintain reliable DevOps process for the team.
- Review commits of other team members
- Research and apply new technology
- Support the management to build up and grow up the developer team by preparing questions, testing, interviewing the new candidate.
- Training the potential junior to become future talent.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Min. of 3 years experience working at a similar position.
- Proven team and product leadership, and an entrepreneurial spirit: a collaborative, motivated self-starter
- Excellence in all English skills
- Experience in provide solution for a tech team mixed between web client, mobile, backend
- Strong knowledge about cloud service (Google, AWS, MS…)
- Experience working with APIs, Web Services and websocket
- Very good understanding of OO programming and design patterns.
- Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
- Can take ownership of, and set direction for feature development.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting aggressive production deadlines.
- Exposure to latest relative technologies with researcher mindset.
- Work in a fast-paced environment; very team oriented.
- Hands on Realtime services and Gaming industry is a plus.
- If you have a technical blog, it is great.
