We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Magento QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Magento QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Magento-based e-commerce platform. Your expertise in testing, bug identification, and quality assurance processes will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various features and functionalities of our Magento-based e-commerce platform.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify software defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Conduct thorough testing of Magento extensions, themes, and customizations to ensure they align with the project's specifications.
Document and report defects using appropriate tools, clearly describing the steps to reproduce and providing necessary context for developers to address issues effectively.
Work closely with the development team to communicate issues, prioritize bug fixes, and verify resolutions through testing.
Participate in design and requirement discussions to offer insights from a QA perspective, advocating for user-centered design and optimal functionality.
Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and strategies to enhance the overall quality of the Magento e-commerce platform.
Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline repetitive testing tasks and ensure consistent results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce, Magento updates, and QA methodologies

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

4+ years of professional experience in the QA area;
3+ years of real working experience with Web-based projects;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a QA Specialist, specifically with Magento e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts, user flows, and customer journey.
Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with Magento architecture, themes, extensions, and customizations.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
ISTQB or similar QA certifications are a plus.
