- Gather the requirements and provide sound solutions for the requirements.
- Design, program, and deliver web development projects using a variety of tools and technologies.
- Manage and participate in all phases of software development during products and projects development (From pre-sale to deployment)
- Encourage to provide support and mentorship for more Junior members of the team to build and deploy web apps using PHP, .NET, JAVA amongst others
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting new and emerging front-end technologies
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- At least 5 years of web programming experience, PHP programming language is preferred
- Know how about Clean code, Unit Test, Coding convention, …
- Experience in managing product life-cycle of enterprise
- Experience in deployment: servers management, web deployment, hosting
- Experience in one of PHP Frameworks: CodeIgniter /Laravel / Yii, Zend,…
- Ability to research, study open source, and learn new technologies quickly
- Good reading and understanding English technical materials
- Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
- Responsible for work, ability to work independently and team work.
- Can work high under work pressure
- Self-driven individual to work independently, yet collaboration as a team member to reach a collective team goal
