Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
  • Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues and progress
  • Manage schedules and support cross-function engineering effort
  • Assist DFT structure implementation and review team members' work
  • Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • From 8 years work experience
  • Major EE/CS
  • Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
  • Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
  • Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
  • MBIST/SCAN pattern build up in ATE
  • English communication (prefer candidate with TOEIC 730-855 or relevant)
