- Define the requirement about new system with Japanese Manager
- Create a spec sheet
- Manage and train other members
- Depending on the situation, you will have a chance to go to Japan for business trip

- Japanese language skill (Over N2)
- Have working experience as a developer (Especially PHP, LAMP, AWS, JavaScript )
- Have management experience (around 10 members)
