• Participate in the development and maintenance of backend applications/services using Golang;
• Design, build, and optimize high-performance and reliable systems;
• Integrate backend services with databases and third-party APIs;
• Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and implement new features;
• Troubleshoot and ensure the stability of services;
• Perform testing and optimize code to ensure product quality;
• Implement and optimize search solutions using Elasticsearch;
• Utilize and apply appropriate design patterns to ensure efficiency and system scalability;
• Propose technical improvements and solutions;

• Proficiency in Golang programming language;
• At least 3 years of experience working with Golang in real projects;
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including setup, configuration, and query optimization;
• Strong understanding of system design principles and microservices architecture;
• Deep knowledge of design patterns and their practical application;
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis);
• Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as Echo, Gin, gRPC, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus;
• Experience with Git version control system;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance;
• Good teamwork skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents in English;
• Experience with payroll, ERP, or HRM systems;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in projects related to IoT, Big Data, or related fields;
• Experience with CI/CD systems;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environments;
