Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of backend applications/services using Golang;
- Design, build, and optimize high-performance and reliable systems;
- Integrate backend services with databases and third-party APIs;
- Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and implement new features;
- Troubleshoot and ensure the stability of services;
- Perform testing and optimize code to ensure product quality;
- Implement and optimize search solutions using Elasticsearch;
- Utilize and apply appropriate design patterns to ensure efficiency and system scalability;
- Propose technical improvements and solutions;
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang programming language;
- At least 3 years of experience working with Golang in real projects;
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including setup, configuration, and query optimization;
- Strong understanding of system design principles and microservices architecture;
- Deep knowledge of design patterns and their practical application;
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis);
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as Echo, Gin, gRPC, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus;
- Experience with Git version control system;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance;
- Good teamwork skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents in English;
- Experience with payroll, ERP, or HRM systems;
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in projects related to IoT, Big Data, or related fields;
- Experience with CI/CD systems;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environments;
