Full-Stack Developer [HN]

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js/Python.
• Architect and set up foundational frameworks for new projects, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor junior developers.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrating autonomy and ownership of deliverables.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade applications.
• Strong back-end development experience (Node.js, Python is a big plus).
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, Firebase) and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in modern front-end tools (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, TailwindCSS, Ant Design).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, React Context, Recoil).

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure deadlines.
