We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our team in building high-quality websites and web applications. You’ll work closely with project stakeholders, including Web Directors and Bridge System Engineers (BrSE), to turn ideas into user-friendly, maintainable, and scalable web products.

As a Front-End Developer, you will:

• Rapidly prototype and implement reliable and high-performance web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure pixel-perfect UI and seamless user experiences.

• At least 5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong skills in writing optimized JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience building and designing with front-end development frameworks such as NextJS, NuxtJS, and HeadlessCMS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Framer Motion.
• Proficiency with frontend tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Vite, ESLint, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with source control (git/git-flow) and code review.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience ensuring UIs are accessible.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest, etc).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
