Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in web or app development(Required)
- Able to develop web/app using React/React Native
- Capable of designing, implementing, and operating logic according to business requirements
- Capable of collaborating through Git
- Professional work attitude
- Able to communicate with the Korean development team (English) → Individual capable of business communication in English (via email)
Preferred:
- Those with experience in projects with customers (companies)
- Those with a strong sense of responsibility and prefer collaboration through the creation of design/technical documents
- Those with experience leading team members and collaboration as a leader
- Those with an understanding of Korean culture
- Understanding customer requirements and communication experience
- Experience as a project manager in outsourced development projects
