About the Project: 

Join a dynamic team supporting a leading Australian financial institution as part of HCLTech’s Managed Run engagement. This initiative focuses on end-to-end operations management of critical banking applications, ensuring system stability, optimal performance, and continuous improvement. 

Role Overview: 

As a Graduate Engineer in the L2/L3 Support team, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing banking applications. You’ll collaborate closely with end users and internal technical teams to troubleshoot issues, apply fixes, and contribute to ongoing feature enhancements.

Trách nhiệm công việc

L3 Support: 

  • Independently analyze and fix bugs in banking applications. 
  • Develop and implement feature enhancements. 
  • Ensure code quality and performance through rigorous testing and validation. 

L2 Support: 

  • Investigate and debug issues reported by end-users. 
  • Provide guidance and support to users to resolve operational problems. 
  • Escalate application bugs to L3 support when necessary.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
  • Good programming skills in Java or Golang. 
  • Good understanding of Database systems (SQL/NoSQL). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a production support environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Attributes: 

  • Passion for learning and growing in a production support environment. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Exposure to ITIL processes or production support methodologies is a plus.
