Trách nhiệm công việc
- Take care of employees’ health, medical advice, examination, diagnosis, treatment, health and healthy lifestyle education, travel healthcare management, ergonomic and wellbeing activities.
- Manage and take care of public and occupational health, health risk assessment, workplace inspection for potential health hazards, epidemiological control, prevention programs, follow-up activities, and food safety and hygiene in canteens.
- Work, cooperate with other departments to run health care programs, healthy lifestyle training, coaching activities, ergonomic and wellbeing activities in Breweries and company.
- Take part in and cooperate with companies’ activities of health, environment and safety in Breweries.
- Qualify clinic to meet high healthcare standards and a member of State Health and Bao Viet Insurances.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- University diploma in Medicine
- Knowledge of epidemiology, public health, occupational health and safety, safety regulations, psychology
- Atleast 5-year experience in Clinic, Medical Administration, and Occupational Health.
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- Good leadership skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, openness, patience, and psychological treatment with patients.
- Good planning and solving problems skills.
- Continual learning, up-to-date medical knowledge, and meeting the company’s requirements
- PCliteracy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
