This position belongs to MSB D-Innovation 02 - The most extensive annual IT recruitment program of MSB. The highest goal of the Program is to create opportunities for experienced Technology experts to demonstrate their ability, thereby successfully implementing the 2000-billion Mega Projects in the high-tech complex of MSB (including large/small Technology projects and MSB IT BU).

- Create and maintain data in a sense that it can be re-used in different ways for different purposes.
- Communicate and align with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data requirements.
- Analyze datasets to define metrics (both financial and non-financial metrics), reports and visualizations mostly for performance management.
- Build data model and use data visualization tools to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling. Understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns to provide meaningful insights.
- Using analytical approach and model (segmentation and descriptive) to identify meaningful and actionable customer insights from various data sources.
- Using analytic techniques to segment customers and find out tactical segments of targeted customers, and test hypothesis of whether customers like our offerings.
- Use that information to better understand our customers through time.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Quantitative Analytics
- 1+ years (for Junior) and 4+ year (for Senior) of relevant experience in areas of data analytics, reporting and planning. Experience in Banking Industry is a big plus.
- Experience in data query and analytic tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python, SPSS …)
- Experience in building reporting using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, IBM Cognos …)
- Experience communicating complex analysis and models across a diverse team
- Experience in data management, data modeling and ETL
- Deep understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and scrum methodology
- Experience working in sAgile teams to support digital transformation projects

- Làm việc trong “Ngân hàng Chuyển đổi số tiêu biểu” của năm 2021 do Hiệp hội Ngân hàng và Tập đoàn dữ liệu quốc tế (IDG) vinh danh. Văn phòng làm việc đẳng cấp theo mô hình Agile tiên tiến. Cơ sở vật chất, công cụ lao động tốt, cấu hình mạnh mẽ.
- Thời gian làm việc: Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (Sáng 8h00-12h00, Chiều 13h30-17h30)
