The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in database management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to support the organization's business and technological needs.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL (MariaDB), and MSSQL database design and architecture, ensuring high availability and security, and performing routine maintenance (tuning, backup/recovery, monitoring).
Analyze user requirements and system specifications, developing database architecture and system design documentation.
Perform routine data backup and restore tasks to ensure data integrity and resiliency.
Monitor and evaluate database stability/risk periodically or in case of incidents, optimizing performance to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement security measures to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Resolve database-related issues, advising on processes, documentation, and regulations.
Support development teams and end-users in database design, implementation, and optimization.
Research and apply new database technologies for future projects.
Maintain and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL (MariaDB), and MSSQL.
Experience designing secure, high-availability database architectures.
Skilled in performance optimization, data backup, recovery, and monitoring.
Ability to analyze requirements and create system design documentation.
Experience implementing data security measures and ensuring compliance.
Proficiency in query optimization and performance management.
Effective communication with development teams and end-users.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, Certified PostgreSQL DBA, or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for MySQL (preferred).
