Department: User Innovation
Report to: Head of User Innovation

Trách nhiệm công việc

Analyze and evaluate KPIs and build reports.
Find user behavior and business insights to recommend to other teams.
Build dashboard to help the operation.
Extract data and build ad-hoc reports as requested.
Participate in other projects of the department.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Securities / Computer Science.
1+ year of experience in the field of data analyst.
Strong knowledge about Database and able to write efficient SQL.
Experienced with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dremio, Grafana, Excel, etc.
Good communication skills.
Candidates with finance and securities knowledge is a plus.
Candidates with Python programming skill/experience is also a plus.
Ownership and good team-work skill.
Team-first mindset with strong responsibility.
Creative - finding new insights and suggest new ideas / solutions.
Organized and hard-working - making organized reports and dashboard.
