Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer with 2+ year of experience and strong English skills to join our team. You will help us develop and maintain internal web applications that support our daily operations. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company and contribute directly to real business needs.

Develop internal web/app systems to optimize production and operations.
Customize and develop modules on the company's ERPNext system.
Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js / NestJS.
Support data security, system access control, and IT troubleshooting.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development.
Experience with Node.js / NestJS for API development.
Experience with ReactJS, basic knowledge of Next.js (SSR/ISR is a plus).
Familiar with RESTful APIs, HTTP, JWT, and backend concepts.
Good logical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
Good English (both written and spoken).
