Baller Headwear is a premium caps manufacturer servicing international brands. Our head office and factory are based in Da Nang, and in 2025, we are excited to expand by opening a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City (District 12) to strengthen our talent acquisition and operations.

We are currently looking for a full-time HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Admin) to join our new office in HCMC. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys recruiting for diverse roles and managing HR administrative tasks in a dynamic setup.

Your role & responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
  • Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
  • Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.

 

HR Administration

  • Prepare, manage, and archive labor contracts and employee records.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Support timekeeping, attendance, and data preparation for payroll.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor law.

 

Other Tasks

  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Management Team.

Your skills & qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
  • Familiar with local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
