Trách nhiệm công việc
- Evaluate and identify usability issues through heuristic evaluation in the sprint cycle and before releasing.
- Plan and conduct research activities for multiple systems across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console, etc).
- Collect and analyze data through various research methods, such as usability testing, expert evaluation and surveys.
- Work cross-functionally with product manager, engineer and designer to coordinate user-centered research.
- Effectively communicate the results to product stake-holders.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 2 - 7 Years of user research field.
- A Bachelor's degree (required) in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, product design or other disciplines.
- Responsive personality with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have knowledge in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
- Have UX (UI,GUI) evaluation experience in enterprise application.
