Talent Success's client is a Tech company based in Hanoi

• Evaluate and identify usability issues through heuristic evaluation in the sprint cycle and before releasing.
• Plan and conduct research activities for multiple systems across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console, etc).
• Collect and analyze data through various research methods, such as usability testing, expert evaluation and surveys.
• Work cross-functionally with product manager, engineer and designer to coordinate user-centered research.
• Effectively communicate the results to product stake-holders.

• 2 - 7 Years of user research field.
• A Bachelor's degree (required) in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, product design or other disciplines.
• Responsive personality with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have knowledge in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Have UX (UI,GUI) evaluation experience in enterprise application.
