Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Evaluate and identify usability issues through heuristic evaluation in the sprint cycle and before releasing.
Plan and conduct research activities for multiple systems across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console, etc).
Collect and analyze data through various research methods, such as usability testing, expert evaluation and surveys.
Work cross-functionally with product manager, engineer and designer to coordinate user-centered research.
Effectively communicate the results to product stake-holders.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

2 - 7 Years of user research field.
A Bachelor's degree (required) in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, product design or other disciplines.
Responsive personality with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Have knowledge in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
Have UX (UI,GUI) evaluation experience in enterprise application.
