Identify recruitment needs, plan and directly implement sourcing strategies (both Online and Offline), and manage candidate data sources for the company’s job openings.
Identify and attract potential candidates (both active and passive) through various recruitment channels (Online/Offline).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a talent pool for both current and future hiring needs of the company.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing activities, and propose solutions to improve sourcing efficiency.
Establish partnerships and organize collaboration programs or career fairs with universities, colleges, etc., to build and strengthen the company’s candidate pipeline.
Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure hiring goals and business needs are met.
Prepare and submit periodic reports.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with experience working at Recruitment Agencies (Mass & Headhunting). Candidates with experience in recruitment for the education, service, finance, or banking sectors are highly preferred.
Solid understanding of recruitment channels (both Online and Offline) such as job sites, social media, referrals, and career fairs.
Good knowledge of the recruitment market in different regions, especially Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media sourcing and Boolean Search.
Strong communication skills, proactive, and quick to adapt.
Basic English communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in building and managing a team of collaborators or freelancers (10+ people).
Experience working with candidate management systems such as ATS or CMS is a plus.
