Chuyên Viên Chính Hỗ Trợ Vận Hành Giải Pháp - Senior IT Operation

• System configuration: Change system configuration according to Business request
• Level 2 support following to commited service catalogs and SLA
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
• Cooperate with vendor and other internal IT team for install system/deploy system, investigate when issue occur and issue solving
• Monitor system performance in order to keep system avalaible and stable
• Actively raise innovation and automation idea to reduce mannual work, improve the effectiveness of the operation activity
• Consult and support Dev and SA to analyze impact for changes in system, in order to keep system in good performanace and stable
• Recover system in disaster cases, update patches regularly as agreeed periodical
• Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments
• Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer
• Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required
• Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application
• Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
• Work closely with the System Analyst and Developement Teams to assist in Application related duties
• Provide internal training, consultant, guidelines for other members in the department or team about capabilities of systems
• In charge of written documents, applications operating procedures
• Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank
• Join QA tasks for CRs, project if assigned

1. Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required

2. Relevant Experience

• 2-3 years working in IT/banking domain
• Maintenance and support experience, and detailed/comprehensive understanding of the business support solution or similar enterprise application (Collection System, AML system, System related to Risks in the Banking Domain)
• Understand Collection and Risk business will be preferable.

• Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners
