• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the credit card project.
• Work closely with IT, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives
• Assist in preparing business user requirement (BRD) , user acceptance test (UAT), training, operation manual and guideline workflow for credit card
• Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and support fraud prevention measures.
• Liaise with solution providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and updates for senior management

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit card business and good knowledge on local compliance and regulation.
• Experience in in either of the below sector:
• Finance and Accounting of Credit Card
• Credit Card Application workflow and Judgement
• Credit Card Operation Workflow
• Credit Card Fraud Prevention and Monitoring
• Marketing of Credit Card
• Development of Mobile application
• Collection
• Applicant with higher experience will be consider as Deputy Project Team Head, Project Team Head

Foreign language (English): English (Writing and Speaking)
