We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Credit Card Project Team. This team plays a key role in developing and managing credit card products and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences and compliance with industry standards.

Your role & responsibilities- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the credit card project.
- Work closely with IT, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives
- Assist in preparing business user requirement (BRD) , user acceptance test (UAT), training, operation manual and guideline workflow for credit card
- Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and support fraud prevention measures.
- Liaise with solution providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and updates for senior management

Your skills & qualificationsDegree: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit card business and good knowledge on local compliance and regulation.
- Experience in in either of the below sector:
- Finance and Accounting of Credit Card
- Credit Card Application workflow and Judgement
- Credit Card Operation Workflow
- Credit Card Fraud Prevention and Monitoring
- Marketing of Credit Card
- Development of Mobile application
- Collection
- Applicant with higher experience will be consider as Deputy Project Team Head, Project Team Head
Foreign language (English): English (Writing and Speaking)
General knowledge
- Understanding the organization
- Understanding the company's products
- Understanding the regulations/operational procedures within the unit.
