Trách nhiệm công việc

Purpose of the role: 

  • The Sales Director will lead the expansion of SPS’s business into Vietnam market. This role is pivotal in building a strong network to attract existing SPS global clients and partners, extending our service offerings into the local market.
  • The candidate will identify new market opportunities, oversee growth initiatives, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of strategies for market expansion, customer retention, and growth in Vietnam.
  • Design and implement local business development plans aligned with SPS’s global strategy.
  • Conduct market research to align customer needs with SPS’s service portfolio.
  • Organize business meetings and events with potential clients.
  • Promote SPS’s products and services by addressing client needs and anticipating future demands.
  • Draft and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the sales process and manage commercial negotiations within approved parameters.
  • Plan pricing models and manage the forecasting cycle.
  • Strengthen SPS’s brand presence and drive lead generation through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Represent SPS at industry events and actively participate in networking opportunities.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

• Proven sales experience, ideally within Document Management, Business Process Outsourcing, or IT/Software services.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Legal, or Insurance sectors is preferred.

• Proven success in:

o Building and leveraging a strong business network in Vietnam.

o Managing large-scale service contracts with annual TCV of USD 500K or more.

o Working within international corporate environments.

o Creating compelling proposals and presenting them.

o Identifying and nurturing high-potential prospects.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including communication, expectation setting, and active listening.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
