Trách nhiệm công việc
- Gather, elicit and develop the requirements including change requests
- Translate requirements into product in effective and efficient way
- Communicate the solutions to stakeholder, facilitator and partners clearly
- Document and manage the requirements
- Understand the company product and services
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Good written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Background and understanding of software development
- Modelling techniques and methods, prefer BPMN
- Business case development
- Logical and critical thinking
- Ability to conduct cost or benefit analysis
- Understanding of system engineering concepts (Cloud, Interface, service, API, MVC…)
QUALIFICATIONS
- IT or Economy Degree/Diploma.
- BA Certifications
