Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Convert business needs into functional requirements for the software system.
Documentation
- Create detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
System Design & Specification
- Work with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Define the system architecture, data flow, and integration points with other systems.
- Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training for the new business workflows.
Testing & Validation
- Support QA teams by validating that the software meets the business and functional requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software system design.
Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software.
English: Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, talkative person
Prior experience supporting sales is a plus
Have programming experience is an advantage
