- Analyze existing workflows (“as-is”), identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized future-state (“to-be”) processes.
- Develop clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system development.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support data modeling, system integration, and process automation initiatives.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and recommend improvements based on feedback.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation, or related domains is a plus.
- Skilled in at least 1 process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, flowcharts,…) and business documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
