Your role & responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across operations, logistics, and customerfacing teams.
Analyze existing workflows (“as-is”), identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized future-state (“to-be”) processes.
Develop clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system development.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support data modeling, system integration, and process automation initiatives.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and recommend improvements based on feedback.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation, or related domains is a plus.
Skilled in at least 1 process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, flowcharts,…) and business documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
