Coffeemug is looking for a competent Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. As a BA at Coffeemug, your key responsibilities include:
- Work with product owners and clients to understand business needs and gather requirements.
- Study the impact of new requirements on existing system
- Convert requirements into requirement documents, draw wireframes, mockup, prototypes
- Communicate with developers and testers to clarify requirements
- Support developer team in exporting elements from design file (.psd, .ai)
- Gather client feedbacks and handle client’s change requests
- Support team during testing, verifying bugs
- Study existing systems to write or update functional requirement documents
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst for software projects
- Proven ability to write concise business requirement documents
- Communication skills: + Vietnamese: fluently + English: Good at reading and writing
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Analytical mind and critical thinking
- Attention to details
- Know Photoshop and prototype tools
- Able to work with minimal or no direction
- Having knowledge of domain retail and e-commerce is a plus point
- BSc in IT or relevant degree
Work at district 7, Ho Chi Minh City (about 1 km from RMIT University, Ton Duc Thang University, SC Vivo city
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 06:00 PM (working time can flexible)
