Trách nhiệm công việc
- Analyze, design, and model business processes using BPMN.
- Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.
- Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).
- Build and integrate modern backend applications (SpringBoot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution.
- Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.
- Participate in the team's daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.
- Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
- Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
- Proficient in Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin
Skills:
- Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.
- Systematic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and perform in-depth analysis of business processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and complex technical discussions (C1 level).
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage work independently.
- Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
