Automotive Test Engineer

• Test cases generation based on the component and system design specification documents for functional and integration validation.
• Review of test cases and updating of test cases based on the component, network and diagnostic specifications.
• Test setup preparation using the vehicle components like ECUs, Sensors, Actuators and Wiring Harness
• Implement automated test cases and sequences in test environment with a HIL test system.
• Data analysis and report generation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics / Automotive Electronics or equivalent.
• Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take over responsibility and to learn
• Having knowledge about IVN (In-Vehicle Networking) including - CAN,LIN,Ethernet,FlexRay), and Diagnostics.
• Good communication skills and team cooperation ability to work closely with both internal and external team.
• Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Preferred:

• Good at using software testing tools, electrical tools, and instruments.
• Good experience with some common automotive industry tools from Vector, dSPACE, ETAS, TraceTronic, MathWorks, etc.
• Solid software testing knowledge, good test plan development, execution, tracking and summarizing capabilities.
• Experience with CAPL/C/C++/Python
