• Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Working with outside data sources and APIs.

The ideal Android Developer is a specialist that possesses:

• At least two years of Android experience.
• Studying or Completed Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Experienced in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app.
• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (Kotlin is a plus).
• Knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system.
• Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable and testable components.
• Experienced working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Experienced with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledgeable on the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledgeable on the full mobile development life cycle.
