As a AI Engineer, candidates will perform the following tasks:

Develop and optimize machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression) using health-related datasets
Implement RAG systems to retrieve and synthesize relevant nutritional and healthcare information
Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build agent components capable of reasoning and performing nutrition-related tasks
Collaborate on project planning, including effort estimation and task breakdown
Contribute to the design and development of healthcare POCs for client
Assist with model deployment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts (e.g., nutritionists)

2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like scikit-learn
Practical experience with LLMs and techniques for fine-tuning
Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and information retrieval pipelines
Understanding of agent-based or agent AI system design
Strong programming skills in Python, including ML and data processing libraries
Familiarity with healthcare datasets and relevant privacy/compliance considerations
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
