FPT Software Hanoi is looking for 20 full stack developers with at least 2 years’ experience.

Trách nhiệm công việc
- Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identify risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyze existing operations and schedule training and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Minimum of 02 years of working experience developing client applications.
- Build responsive web experiences across multiple devices and browsers
- Hands-on experience in web programming (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstraps, REST Services).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any of the technical skill of C#.NET, Angular+, Node.js, React.js, React Native
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with TFS/GIT/CICD
Not required but preferred:
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
- Experience with direct, remote and virtual teams
- Experience in supportability “DevOps” environment.
- Good communication in English
