Your role & responsibilities
Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identify risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyze existing operations and schedule training and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders

Your skills & qualifications
Minimum of 02 years of working experience developing client applications.
Build responsive web experiences across multiple devices and browsers
Hands-on experience in web programming (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstraps, REST Services).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in any of the technical skill of C#.NET, Angular+, Node.js, React.js, React Native
Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Experience with TFS/GIT/CICD
Not required but preferred:
Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
Experience with direct, remote and virtual teams
Experience in supportability “DevOps” environment.
Good communication in English
