Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Product: Rubber for automotive
  • Make sales plans and follow implementation
  • Increase sales with existing customers. Search and reach new customers, expand business markets
  • Make quotations, negotiate contracts, and communicate with customers and INOAC corporation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing... in product trial production.
  • Make monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.
  • Other tasks as requested by the Manager

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Male/Female (preferably 26 - 33 years old), graduated from University or higher majoring in PR, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
  • Have at least 1 years of experience in the field of manufacturing sales (not trading company), preferably with experience in raw materials
  • Have basic knowledge of Marketing, setting up sales strategies and plans
  • Be fluent in Japanese (N1) and English at work (required)
  • Have good communication and report writing skills
  • Good negotiation ability with customers
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
