Trách nhiệm công việc

The Technical Lead collaborates closely with our management and product leadership teams to transform ideas into reality and swiftly evaluate new features and capabilities before full implementation. Key responsibilities include:

Leading research and development into new technologies and capabilities.
Serving as a core team member of our R&D efforts, responsible for new product feature innovation, proof-of-concept creation, design, and specification development.
Advising leadership on development feasibility and timelines.
Developing and packaging scalable libraries, frameworks, and systems for integration across all our platforms.
Creating rapid prototypes to identify issues and risks during the discovery phase.
Identifying inefficiencies and scalability issues in technical projects, and designing effective solutions to resolve them.
Documenting designs, specifications, flows, etc., and presenting findings to both leadership and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each capability's details.
Assisting the development and optimization of our platforms.
Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in e-commerce, cloud computing, and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Mentoring and guiding other engineers in best practices for full-stack development, particularly in e-commerce and cloud-based environments.
Actively coding and collaborating with the development team to implement new features and improve existing systems.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Strong communication skills. be able to communicate effectively with international clients and our Thailand office.
5+ years of expert experience with technologies such as NestJS, NodeJS, and Angular (or React, Vue, etc.).
5+ years of proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performing APIs.
Extensive experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
Passion for exploring and working with new technologies, utilizing industry best practices to find better ways of doing things.
Comfortable working in an environment with aggressive delivery timelines and challenging problems.
A team player who collaborates well across team boundaries to get things done, willing to wear multiple hats when needed, and always prioritizes the product's best interests.
Proven track record in building complex, scalable, high-performing services and systems.
Highly experienced in optimizing code, architecture, and other technical aspects.
Expert experience with popular software frameworks.
Strong experience with scaling and optimizing platforms.
Strong experience with implementing security
Strong experience with microservice architecture and API development
Ability to quickly grasp technical and financial concepts.
Ability to work independently.
