As the Supply Chain Operation Team Lead, you will lead and grow a team responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations — from manufacturing management to order fulfillment and profit optimization. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the development of technology solutions that scale our business.

We are looking for leaders who are experienced in supply chain management, software development and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Supply Chain Operations

Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain operations, including production & inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Work with partners to optimize production lead time and ensure production capacity meets business needs.
Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies to maintain healthy stock levels while minimizing holding costs and risks.
Manage fulfillment operations, ensuring on-time delivery performance and resolving fulfillment issues with internal teams and 3PL partners.
Partner with Technical Designers and the partner management team to ensure product readiness for production and the highest product quality during the product life cycle.

System Development (As Business Owner)

Act as Business Owner (BO) for supply chain-related software/system features.
Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to define requirements and validate solutions.

Profit Optimization

Enhance product quality in collaboration with Technical Designers and manufacturers to increase customer satisfaction and reduce returns or complaints.
Lead initiatives to mitigate Risk and Loss (RAL) across the entire supply chain, contributing to sustainable profitability.
Lead the operation team in collaboration with the partner management team to reduce product cost through better sourcing, efficient production planning, and supplier negotiations.

Team Leadership & Growth

Manage, mentor, and grow the Supply Chain Operation team.
Drive recruitment efforts and create a development path for team members.

Process Optimization

Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

3–6+ years of work experience in supply chain operations, project management, or software product development, preferably in e-commerce or tech-driven businesses.
Related experience in Software Development is a competitive advantage.
Strong Project Management Skills (planning, execution, follow-up).
Experience in Software Development (product owner, project manager, or BO).
Data Analytics & Visualization Skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, etc.).
Proven Data-Driven Decision-Making Mindset.
Experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations (Nice to have).
Experience in Fulfillment/Logistics Operations (Nice to have).
Strong Leadership & People Management Capabilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Software Product Owners/Managers with proven track records are very welcome to apply.
